(effective January 1, 2023)
● 72 hours is appreciated for cancelations and rescheduling.
● Canceling with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% charge of service booked.
● No shows will be subject to a 75% charge of services booked.
● 3 or more last minute (less than 24 hour notice) cancelations/rescheduling or no shows will be required to pay a 75% deposit for any future appointments. This deposit goes towards your appointment and is non-refundable.
● There are no refunds given on any services. If you are not satisfied please reach out within 3 days of your appointment. I will do my best to accommodate and correct the situation.
Booking and Appointments
● Please make sure your contact info is current. My booking app sends out automated appointment confirmations at the time of booking, 72 hours before your appointment, and 24 hours before your appointment.
● Please arrive on time to your appointment. Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in needing to modify your service, and in some cases may need to be rescheduled entirely.
● My chair is a safe and judgment free space for all. While we are entitled to our own opinions, I do not tolerate rude and insulting language. Please refrain from discussing politics and religion while in my chair.
